FIRMWARE UPDATE

DUNE HD 4K BOX FIRMWARE UPDATE,

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

• To Download the Firmware click here

• Unzip the contents of the archive to an empty USB drive. You will see The firmware file ending with “.dff” (for example:”dune_firmware_ctv__tv175_180227_1043_r12.dff.zip”).
•  Rename the firmware file to “dune_firmware.dff” on the USB flash drive

(ALWAYS!).

• Turn off the power to the player, wait 30 seconds.

• Insert the USB flash drive into the player.

• Connect the player’s power, turn on the player.

• Restoring the firmware of the console will start. During the firmware update the light on the front panel will flash.

• Wait until the firmware is restored. After finishing the indicator on the front panel will stop to blink.

• Typically, the process of restoring the firmware takes about one or a few minutes. Do not unplug the USB storage device while Recovery firmware.

• Disconnect the USB storage device from the set-top box, erase it from the USB storage device File “dune_firmware.dff”.

• Turn off the power to the player, wait 30 seconds.

• Connect the player’s power, turn on the player.

• The player is booted in the usual way, after which it is ready for use.

•  Rename the firmware file to “dune_firmware.dff” on the USB flash drive

(ALWAYS!).

• Connect the player’s power, turn on the player.

• Restoring the firmware of the console will start. During the firmware update the light on the front panel will flash.
